Damaged item. Handled very carelessly.
When I opened the package, I noticed a small dink in the corned of the scale. Now since I am a technician I knew there was a problem ... but could not catch it immediately as the damage was ever so unnoticeable. Now it is a precision instrument and has to give true 90 degrees When I started using it ... I found the whole square was getting thrown off by a few mm ... after rechecking multiple times i realized that the was mishandled and was dropped causing the dink in the corner. I don't care if you replace this or not ... or the supplier says it was my mistake and stuff ... I really don't care. I will buy a new one from another supplier . THE WORST BIT is this was supposed to be a part of a TOOL KIT for kids of my Creativity Mentoring course ... and that course has a 15K kit requirement PER YEAR for the next 5 years. Do the math!!!! I cannot have items that i endorse to be delivered minutely damaged that the Kids are not able to catch and wonder why they are having a skewed and defective model they made!!!

Poor product quality
The angle seems off 90 degrees and the fit and finish is real bad. The corners are really rough and can cause injury.
