I hated sauerkraut growing up, but that is because American sauerkraut is too sour. This stuff is sweet and delicious. I could eat the whole bag at once!

I will order this from time to time because it tastes so fresh and authentic, really delicious!

The flavor is sweet. Just not palatable for me.

The texture seemed mushy, like the cabbage was ovetcooked. The flavor seemed too mild. I wanted more flavor.
