Regular bulb was sent instead of LED bulb -- No quality checks at shipping
I received these two bulbs in Sep 2021 and installed both. One of them was burnt in July 2022. When I removed the burnt bulb from the holder I noted the bulb is not a LET bulb. It is a regular bulb. The second working bulb is fine (LED bulb, not regular one). I should have checked both bulbs when received. Even then the seller should not supply wrong kind of sending regular bulb instead of more expensive LED bulb which I paid for. This is not fair for the customer.

Faulty product delivered
received faulty product, replacement still not delivered. My experience with Amazon is going bad day by day..not sure if everyone else experienced the same

Discrepancy in MRP – Misleading Information
The product is listed with an MRP of Rs.195 on the site, but the actual MRP is Rs.160. This is completely misleading and amounts to cheating. Please rectify this immediately.

Not as bright. One of the two bulbs in my order were defective.
Seller sent me defective product. It was badly packaged and many other address stickers were sticked on it before it was sent to me. It looked like a multiple times returned product which the seller still sent to me without checking if it works or not. Out of the 2 bulbs, only one was working. If you require it for a small room, I would say this is barely sufficient, however for bigger rooms and lobbies you must see something a bit morr brighter. This may not suffice.

Low Radiancy & High Price.
Half Watt B22 base LED bulb have more luminosity that this 2.7 Watt LED Bulb. And that bulb price in local market has stating from ₹ 30/-. Philips Company, Please consider my both point and improve your product in future.

Better to buy locally. Unable to claim warranty.
One bulb stopped working within a month and after connecting with Amazon CS I was given an email address to claim warranty. It's been 2 emails and an week and not even an acknowledgement. Rather buy it locally where u can just walk up and claim warranty /replacement. The 1 year warranty on this case is just a sham.

I received one bulb instead of two. There is no way to get the second bulb
Recd one bulb paid for two I think it was stolen at some delivery station. The delivery boy seems blameless as the package arrived well wrapped and the delivery boy is known to me. There is no way of refund. I made complaints over telephone. No result

Bad bulb
Got a bad bulb. It tripped the MCBs in our house.
