This is a life changing book. Recommended to all readers.

先の「金持ち父さん」一冊目のレビューが反映されていないので此方に書く。・・本書で４つのクアドラントを作ったキヨサキは一種の「バカの壁」を作ってしまったのかも知れない。ファイナンシャル・インテリジェンスについて言えば、「人間の知性」は「分割可能かどうか判らない」し、その意味では１．学校での頭の良さ２．世間での頭の良さを「分けて考える」と言うのは「取っ掛かり」としては良いのだが、実は「ある程度の所」まで来たら、「この二つは連続的に繋がっているんだ」と気付く必要がある。さて、此処まではどうか。

含蓄のある言葉が並んでおり、非常に勉強になります。「財産とはお金が入ってくるもので、負債とはお金が出ていくものである。」という素晴らしい定義をします。贅沢な家や自動車はお金が出ていく訳だからこれは財産でなく、負債であるという著者の主張になるのでしょう。読んでおいて決して損をしない本です。

I don't trust Kiyosaki after reading about the numerous fraud scams the company with his name on it is involved with. The idea is sound, that education and following the system is a stupid and blind way to live and will make you poor. That much I knew going in. This book just tells you to move from the left side to the right, from employee to owner. Great... thanks. No advice on how to get there, just repeating the message over and over. Really boring to read after the first few chapters, and it felt a lot like padding to fill out something that could have been a blog post into a book. Also DO NOT trust the website or company. Research the Rich Dad company - they are scam artists and basically lead people to bankruptcy.

前作よりよかったです。有意義的な提案ですが、やはり具体的な実現方法など、説明が少なかったです。とはいえ、Rich Dad Poor Dadを読んで、何とかアクションをとりたいという理由でこの本を買いましたが、ちょっと失望です。しかし、４つのQuadrantのことを本当によく説明してくれました。ただ、私のだけの疑問かもしれませんが、世界中の皆さんが著者の考え方をとると、働く人がいなくなりますよね。
