I would like to try this product for my 4C natural but i can't see the ingredient information on the picture. Does it contain parabens/silicons?

Can you use this on braids please?

Yes it can be used on braids. It's quite watery so you don't need a lot. A few sprays and rub it in, pat or leave it to soak in itself. Depends how you would usually do that sort of thing. Good product. Smells nice also.
