worked perfect for Big Blue

I bought 3 and used 2 at one time since 1 alone didn't open that BB filter. I put one at 9 and 3 o'clock vs wrapping 2 together so I could use both right and left arm power on both sides of the filter to break it loose. it was opened 2 months prior with 1 handle and 2 guys and lubed before closing up. I myself made sure it was only hand tightened this time after filter replacement. If it didn't open with one on each side, i was prepared to tape 2 together on each side for a total of 4 to make sure there was plenty of grip and less chance of handle breakage. They do fit nicely on the nearly 6" diameter filter.

Measurements were way off. Per measurements this would work but was way too big. Returned it

I have a water filter system installed and this is the tool that comes with it. Its made of hard plastic so over time it will break so I just ordered 2 more .

Good leverage to loosen the whole-house water filter.

This wrench is designed for the 10" and 20" long "Big Blue" whole house water filters.It is made of plastic and worked perfectly for me.The Big Blue filters should be tighted only by hand, but can be loosened with this wrench. I was unable to loosen mine without a wrench. This is a cost effective choice for this task. Wrenches can cost a lot more.

Bring cheap plastic, the wrench deforms, will not grip tight. Slides over notches, cannot tighten well or remove if on tight
