this product came relatively quickly.easy to install.aesthetically pleasing.performs great.i just wanted a basic filter for our water in the shower & found this one had really great reviews. i did read after i got it, that it’s manufacturer claim says it removes TDS & reduces chlorine by 90% but it isn’t certified by NSF/ANSI to do so… do with that what you will.. i would say this is a “buy at your own discretion” purchase. i may test the water myself to see. but happy for now.when i showered with it the water (we have city water) the water felt softer on my skin & even more soft in my hair. the only way i can describe how it felt was how my hair feels when it’s wet/being washed at the salon. it just felt smooth - before it had a sort of viscous to it i could feel especially with my hair. but this left my hair feeling light & not weighed down; velvety if that makes sense.i was also worried about the water pressure - i have a lot of hair & it takes me forever to get my hair clean from shampoo/conditioner so this was a risk for me.. i was prepared to be let down.. however - i was actually shocked when i installed it & turned it on.HOLY PRESSURE - HOLY COVERAGE!!it has 3 spray settings total. you can switch to them with a simple toggle button on the shower head.. doesn’t get stuck like traditional heads do. also(easy to use!) it’s powerful on all 3 settings!settings are:rain/showerpower/massagemistyou can use the rain/shower or mist individually or in combination with the power/massage setting. or the power/massage individually.it was the most glorious shower i’ve had in a long time, think really fancy hotel shower you wish you had at home, or like the spa type treatment.it was honestly a totally different shower experiencefor me. 🥹🥹 i hate showering bc of how long it takes me to rinse my hair & it always frustrates me (i have awful ADHD- so having to shower is just obnoxious & feels like a chore) but this made made me feel like i couldn’t wait to shower again! lol!the head comes with a replacement filter which has to be replaced around the 8 month mark (6months depending on how hard/mineralized your water is.)as of now; i am thrilled with this shower head & it was well worth the price. maybe just do some research on the filtration performance if that is what you are solely focused on.. i really wish i had seen that bit before i purchased bc the purifying/filtering capabilities was my sole intention for this getting a filtered shower head.. without the certification saying it does exactly that.. i’m a bit concerned about the product doing what i needed it for. that hopefully it helps you! everything else TOTAL bonus!otherwise 10/10 recommend!!

This shower head is amazing, the pressure is there for that wonderful rainfall effect and I love how easy it is to replace the filters. This is my second one, it was time for a new one after 5 years and am well pleased with the upgrade in their product.Replacing the filter really is easy for since I have arthritis and neuropathy in my hands. Great Product!!!!

I read almost every single review for this shower head. It seemed too good to be true. I wondered if some of these reviews were fake, in fact! But I've had this now for a few months and I'm impressed. It doesn't leak, the shower pressure is great, and I think my seen the positive effects - though that's a difficult one to measure.We bought this PRIOR to installing a water softener and my husband attributed the filtered water to a skin rash disappearing (however, there's no way to prove that!). We did notice a difference in the shower water compared to other locations in the house. A few weeks after purchasing and using this shower head, we did install a water softener. That made a great improvement, as well. This shower head provides more of a "psychological" comfort to me, as i know chlorine is a known carcinogen. I like believing that this filters out the harmful chlorine in our water (side note - check with your city's water department to see if your water even has chlorine in it. My city has .48 ppm of chlorine *highest running average*. Compared to other contaminants in our water, that's pretty minimal (for example we have 6 ppb of arsenic, as well as copper and lead - none are listed as "above regulation" by the city, but they are still present). This shower head doesn't remove the heavy metals (such as the arsenic, copper and lead) and the water softener doesn't remove those either. So, you may ask, is this shower head really that great if it only removes chlorine? Shouldn't I get one that removes heavy metals? Well, the problem there is, there is great debate on whether the heavy metal filters really work in a shower head. Those showerheads are made with a carbon filter, which is rendered almost useless when trying to filter HOT water. So, I used that logic in my purchase of a filter that removes chlorine, as it's better than nothing. However, I will be on the lookout for a filter that does it all - removes chlorine and heavy metals.In conclusion, I think this is good filter for removing chlorine, but I am not a scientist, I don't have a lab to test the water and I have absolutely no proof that this is doing us any good. However, in the chance that it DOES, I am happy to use it. You also get the benefits of great water pressure, and low water usage ( I did a lot of researching and 1.9 gpm is really impressive! In fact, it's better than the shower head that our energy company offered us as part of a "Energy Savings Program" study which was over 2gpm)

Best purchase this year! I suffer from eczema and my skin would get itchy every time after I showered. I decided to get this to see if it would help my symptoms and it DEFINITELY does! I have seen a drastic improvement in the irritation of my skin. My hair is so soft and bouncy as well. On top of that it is extremely easy to install. I highly recommend this product and I'll definitely be using this for life!
