I have used this product on multiple international trips since my purchase and has stood up to the rigors of international travel. The lock motions are fluid and its easy to change the numbers and open the lock in an emergency. The lock wire seems thin but its solid and fits through the hooks for the suitcases without difficulty.

Used for locking luggage during international flight travel and TSA compliant.. my baggages were checked multiple times during abroad travel and to border services were able to open it and lock it back using their master keys . Worthy product for international travel..very light weight. Compact size

1. DOCOSS 309 -Metal Travelling padlock is Sturdy, Good & Solid Looking TSA Approved Lock. It has 4-Digits Combo.2. Can be used for other locking purposes too.3. Be careful in setting own password. Follow written instructions (steps 1 to 4) carefully otherwise you will lock it that may not open again. Some yrs back I had wasted one TSA lock due to carelessness..In step 2, while keeping the shackle pressed, be careful not to let your thumb/finger slipping on the shackle while moving it further 90 deg ANTI-clockwise (i.e. COUNTER-clockwise). The, in step 3 shackle remains pressed down a little when you set the new password. In step 4, after setting own password in step 3, now move the shackle Back CLOCKWISE 180 deg to its Normal position. New password is set. One can check it.4. Wish the manufacturer puts some kind of magnifying solid plastic covering that can cover the digits for ease of seeing the digits clearly without using reading glasses. This is quite useful for setting the digits and opening especially when in a hurry or hassled at airports while travelling. Samsonite suitcases with TSA locks come with this feature.5. Rating 4.5/5. Would have given 5/5 if magnifying feature in para 4 above was available, though it is costlier than many other such locks..
