This Battery Works for Me!
This replacement fits my Radio Shack phone! Others that said they would, did not. If you order this Empire Scientific battery, make sure you receive the green one pictured, others may not fit. These last 2-3 years in my cordless headset phone.

BE3850 Cordless phone battery
Great Product for a great price. Had my Olympia Cordless Phone from Sharper Image go dead not long after getting it. We know what happened to Sharper Image---no luck getting help there. This was a great solution at a great price. Battery holds charge 3-4 days before needing recharge.....much longer than it did when new.

OK product.
Right fit, poor battery life. Lasts less time than the battery it replaced with a lower mA rating.

Great battery, but it didn't fit.
Battery arrived on time and in good condition, but the plug didn't fit my phone despite the fact that the stock number matched. When ordering these batteries, the stock number isn't enough. You have to make sure the battery has the right physical dimensions to fit in your phone. If the charge capacity is higher than 700mAH (700mA), the battery is probably longer than a standard AAA cell, and will not fit in all devices. (The width and thickness are always the same.) Also the plugs are not always the same. If your device uses a battery with a black plug like mine, and the battery pictured has a white (or other color) plug, it probably will not plug into your device. You can solder the old plug onto the new battery, but you shouldn't have to do that. At least three types of batteries, all 3.6V, are available with this same stock number. One will probably fit your phone. Keep looking and you will find it. (This battery with the black plug: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YCTERO0?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00)(- A brief disclaimer: I use the term "stock number" to refer to the phone's specified battery number, in this case, Radio Shack #23-274. If you know the actual manufacturer and number of the battery you are seeking (in this case, 'Empire Scientific' #CPH-464J) you shouldn't have any problem.)
