Similasan Ear Ringing Remedy, Relief Ear Drops, 0.33 Ounce Bottle

This product works great. I don’t have that loud ringing anymore. Sometimes a low buzzing or even silence. I love it’s an homeopatic product. A good advice is to drink 2-3 liters of water daily, and to avoid caffeine and alcohol (which dehydrates you). Water is key in Tinnitus because dehydration can affect the inner ear’s fluid balance and blood flow.

This product does NOT work. Buyer beware. Waste of time and money.

This product does not help my ear problems nor stop the ringing in my ears

For me, the ringing in my ears was awful! Been using this now for a coupleof months & the buzzing is minimal now. It doesn't cure the noise, but it sure helps to quiet it down so you are not distracted.

I’ve had tinnitus 10 years. Recently during the worst and almost unbearably loud flare-up ever, I tried these drops. I found some relief after using several days. It’s not a cure-all and/or immediate fix by any means. They did lessen the intensity of the noise in the ears, with daily use 3-4 days in a row.

This is great packaging but unfortunately, it does not work. In fact I felt like I had cotton in my years these past couple of days I followed the directions and nothing I would not recommend buying this product because it does not work.

Use it for the nouse which immidiatly gets decongestant and fluid free.
