Like the taste
Nice aroma and taste. Does not cause acidity. Not high in carbs. Slightly expensive.

Wow what a original cocoa powder. !
It is the top taste as cocoa, among available brands in market. I bought this two years ago once and due to non availability I started with other available powders.they are with some sedimentation after mixing with milk.Those are poor in taste. But I recently bought again Hintz and amused on this product. This has a perfect blend, completely mixes with milk and as bitter as original cocoa.

Excellent cocoa powder
This is the best dutch processed cocoa powder that you can get and the cakes and glazes do taste good. I have been looking for this product since I moved back to India. I am happy that I can get it via Amazon now.

Damaged
Received both the cans in damaged condition. Cocoa powder had spilled all over and it was in a bad state. Although the outer box was in a perfect condition..

Deep dark cocoa powder, as it is dutch processed.. I was searching for such a product for a very long time. Thanks amazon to make it available. Best cocoa i have used till date. Perfect for baking chocolate cakes, ganache and cookies. Luv it

Cocoa that actually tastes good!
This is how cocoa powder is meant to taste. I don't like Hershey's offering as it is too sweet, but this is bitter and full of flavor. All that German quality, you see. If you want unsweetened cocoa that doesn't taste like tar, this is it.

It makes awesome cup cake. I am on keto and so I use 1.5 teaspoon coconut flour , 1.5 teaspoon cocoa powder , 0.5 spoon baking powder , 3 spoon erythritol and few drops of stevia (or pinch of powder) mix them all well . Crush walnuts and almonds well and add to the mix . Put one large egg , 1 teaspoon butter , lastly add 4 tablespoon coconut oil to it, mix swiftly and cook for 2 minutes. It makes Awesome dark coco KETO brownie.
