Nice Printer, Also received the power cord from the seller.
Nice Printer, as of now no issue is faced. Happy with the purchase. Received the power cord from the seller as mentioned on the product box "The product doesn't include any power cord" but I have received it. Happy with the purchase.

Poor customer service 😞
Don't buy TSC printers. Very poor customer support. Printer is printing Unprinted lines from day 1. And after showing the printer to service centre (retail solutions, nehru place), they denied the warranty saying you made scratches on printer head. So we can't provide warranty. Why would any customer do scratches on printer head as it is brand new. No one have spare time to go to service centre so far from our place.

Printing Quality is quite awesome
By the way it doesn't include power cable so it's a worst part. However you can remove USB cable instead of cost cutting if you want.
