Worth the buy
Some stories in here are exquisite, while others may feel dry or even boring. What is consistent is the way Mahesh writes, which is lovely. He knows the language well, and has a keen eye the extraordinary in ordinary life. The book, overall, is worth the purchase and read.

Refreshing and subtle read
Quite a refreshing read. Mahesh Rao has stolen my heart. No doubt about it. Had a refreshing yet subtle experience of the diverse aspects of current circulation of Indian social fabric while going the stories. The last three stories of the collection were absolutely of classic dimension.

Very good
I am an avid reader and have bought lots of books from amazon. But this is the first time that i am compelled to write a review. Well thought of, Brilliantly written and extremely different themes of each story.would want to read more works of this author soon....

To read and reread
From the manager of a yoga school to the acting coach to the father stuck in a tea plantation, the stories here are masterfully told and an absolute joy to read. A lovely collection.
