This saddle and bridle set are very well made, not to mention adorable. The bridle is like a real horse one and helps your little one learn more about horses. The saddle stirrups are made for longer legs, but my little one is barely 3 and needs a step stool just to get on the horse, so I sewed an extra ring underneath the saddle to clip the stirrups up to make them shorter. The stirrups are adjustable by the straps, but even at their shortest, they were too long for my tiny one. Perfect for maybe 4 years old and up. Fantastic craftsmanship.

We bought Butterscotch for our 3 year old grandson who fell in love with her at first sight. He just loves feeding her carrots and really takes delight in the way she responds to him when he says her name or brushes her. Of course riding her is the best of all, she responds quickly to his touch, her head and neck move and she makes a klipty-clop sound. She is just amazing and provides countless hours of inter-active play.I have even been caught playing with her and I have 2 real live horses in my barn

My granddaughter loves this pony and it's head movements are very natural looking. The riding motion was disappointing and we have yet to see just how durable the product will be.

Do not buy from these people. I thought I was buying a pony and realized when I got it it was just a saddle. I tried to send it back because you only have a few days to send it back. After spending 42.00 on the saddle and 7.70 on the postage, it comes back to me in the mail so now I am out over 50.00
