what is the weight capacity?

I did not find this scale to be accurate--so the weight question is sort of irrelevant.

does scale read pounds or kg

There is a switch on the reverse side of the scale that adjusts the scale to either pounds or kilos, as preferred.

Hello, Capacity: 330 lbs. / 150 kg. Thank you

Can touyse it ib a hospital bed sitting up

Hello, we're a little unsure of the question, but this scale is designed primarily to be for personal use by a single person or family in a home environment, and not for use in a high-volume clinical environment such as a hospital or physician office environment.
