Yes. We are using in our YZ 250 Yamaha.

Q: Is this good for a Yamaha blaster 200 2 stroke?

This is great oil for any gearbox, especially with a wet clutch. Not to be used as pre-mix oil.

Q: I have a 98 Ktm 250 sx, would this be good to use for the gear box oil?

Yes Motul is an excellent oil. I have used it the gearbox of my 01 kitm 200 since I purchased it. It is all I will use.

Q: Will.this work for 4 strokes or only 2strokes?

Trans is seperated from crankcase on 2 strokes so probably not.
