⭐ 1 Star – Product may be good, but non-return policy is unethical
I purchased 24 pieces of this product based on inputs from my electrician and POP contractor. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication between them, the product turned out to be smaller than the ceiling cutouts and completely unusable for me.While the product itself may be fine in terms of quality, it became a total waste because it is non-returnable and non-refundable. This critical information was not made prominently visible during purchase, and it’s unreasonable to expect customers buying in bulk to absorb the full loss for a sizing mismatch—especially when the item is still in brand-new, unused condition.This kind of policy raises serious questions about the ethics of both the seller and Amazon. For a major platform like Amazon to allow sellers to list bulk-use technical items with no return option at all is extremely disappointing.There should be better consumer protection, or at the very least, clearer and more visible warnings for such products. I paid for something I couldn’t use and had no option to return—a terrible customer experience overall. Proceed with extreme caution.Edit 26 July 2025: Since writing my original review, I noticed that the seller has now changed the return/refund policy to allow returns for other reasons. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case when I placed my order. I raised the issue with Amazon, and while they initially said they would investigate, nothing came of it. It seems the matter was quietly buried.I’m still stuck with 24 unusable pieces sitting in the trunk of my car - a frustrating reminder of how both the seller and Amazon failed to do right by the customer. A good product means nothing if the buying experience is this poor.
