Only brand I use
I love it and hope it’s semi-permanent. My roots show up after 4-6/weeks and hair gets lighter too with every wash. As per my hair dresser it will be permanent rather than semi-permanent as the packaging states suitable for 20+ washes. Easy to use. Comes with v clear instructions and I have used it for years.

Faulty packaging by L'Oreal
*CAUTION*i am a regular user of loreal praline brown 530 shade and that suits me well. But lately twice it has so happened that the tube inside was of different shade(300). I noticed this after getting bad itching and a very dark color on my hair. Lot of irrigation and discomfort...There has been no replacement and compensation despite communications and pics for proofs.
