These have worked as well or better than tapcon screws for our company. At about half the price. And when you use thousands of these it really adds up in savings.

This is the first time I tried to use Tapcon-type concrete screws and I was amazed how easily they screwed right into my concrete block wall. I used a small Black and Decker battery operated drill to do it and there was no strain or effort required. I drilled pilot holes first, using my DeWalt masonry drill bit and it was essential to do that. There is a masonry drill bit included with the screws but it looked like it wouldn't last long so I used my DeWalt bit but maybe the free one is better than I thought. I tried to make the final turns with a screwdriver and it was a lot harder, so maybe the key is to use a drill. Whatever, I certainly recommend these screws and would buy more if I need them.

These are great concrete screws but over time they will rust off and break ....I use them all the time and for most jobs outside....I do like Stainless Steel better for anything outside that will get wet...

concrete screws worked perfectly. drill bit was wobbly use on low speed and if doing alot of screws make sure to buy more bits before you start. after four holes had to use my old bits.
