It fits perfectly
Our door is almost 30 years old and when the handle broke we didn't know what to do. We had tried several others handles and none of them were correct. I was about to give up when I decided to go to Ace Hardware with the pieces of the handle. They could see the name of the company on it and we found the exact one we needed. It was expensive but much cheaper than a new door. It looks and works great.

Amazing service!
We've had our atrium door for years and recently had to replace the door lock. It worked perfectly for a while then the lock got "stuck". Since it was beyond the time for free returns I contacted Countryside. I was immediately emailed back that they would replace the lock. I have no idea what's up with the lock but this company is unbeatable for their customer service. I received the new lock is a couple of days. Amazing service!

Great replacement
This was very easy to install with easy to read instructions.

Crap!! Dead bolt breaks very easily and is difficult to repair...avoid!!!!
This unit fits perfectly but unfortunately is very poorly made and the dead bolt mechanism breaks very easily. Like others have reported, once the mechanism breaks the entire door must be removed by the hinges and then the mechanism forcibly (ie hammered out) removed. I went through 3 (yes, three!!) all with the same result. Amazon was great about replacing the first two within the 30 day return period, but now its 90 days and I'm out $100. Shopping elsewhere for an authentic replacement. AVOID THIS!

Easy to open/close the door.

Deadbolt action needed tweaking
For the most part it fit. The internal cam that operates the deadbolt would jam against the first engagement lever but some filing (round file) on the cam enabled correct operation. Also, had to re-use the old bushings for the handles and the bar connecting the handles through the mechanism. The new bushings were too thick, and the new bar was too short to reach through from handle to handle. Nice quality set otherwise.

Perfect fit
Took some time to install,about 2 hrs to remove old hardware and reinstall new. Had my son help or it would have taken longer. The new one was a perfect fit.

Easy, and sturdy.
Easiest lock I ever installed. Very sturdy, looks great. Just follow the directions. Make sure to put metal rod in door the correct way so set screws hook into it. Works great, looks great. And much cheaper than having a locksmith put it in.
