I have many other audio recorders, rode, Sony, old dji mic 1 and 2, tentacle, tascam, hollyland, zoom - you name it…And past couple years we start working with timecode on all cameras. And I was praying for a timecode audio recorder with integrated mid, something like rode but with a proper timecode, I even contacted tentacle to ask ar they have any plans in future to release one. And here you go - DJI make one way cheaper, same good as tentacle but 4 times smaller. Now DJI Mic 3 never leave my bag, it’s an essential tool for our workflow. I truly believe that DJI MIC 3 is a game changer to any videographer/content creator/blogger. For the price and what it can do - it’s a no brainer! 🤯

Tiny microphone. Solid build and great sound quality.Definitely dont make the mistake i did and buy just the 1 TX, as it will only work with other dji products. Buy the set with atleast 2 to and 1rx so you can use it with other brands.

Before purchasing this mic I bought a couple of more cheap ones and didn't like the quality of the sound. But this mic while keeping your voice Real gives you excellent quality. Well done DJI

Brilliant mikes and love the battery box

I am going abroad soon with a view to remote working, which will involve interviewing people on the streets / in shops etc. I did a lot of research before getting this set but these seem to come out top with all the features I want. I am a complete amateur though so bear that in mind!I have tested them at home and they are so easy to use - practically clip on the transmitter and go - you get 2 transmitters and there is no interference between them at all, even when standing very close to each other and the sound is crystal clear.I need to figure out how to limit background noise as these picked up everything - when someone was talking very quietly or when car horns beeped loudly. One thing I found great though was that even when it was windy and I was testing them outside, I could still hear the voices clearly without that awful crackling you normally get.I'm sure there are more features I haven't discovered yet, but for now, I'm very happy with these and the quality.

You feel the quality as you unpack this recording set, everything strong, well produced asnd thought out.You get 2 mics that can be clip on or hold on through clothing by strong but small and unobtrusive magnets, a receiver unit that links into you device such as camera and smartphone, some fluffly mic covers to reduce wind noise, cables, plus the storage box (solid as a rock so good for taking everywhere) which is the charging unit as well.As soon as you open the box and remove the bits, the units spring into life then allowing you to link up ready for use, linking done with simple licks on the transmiters and selection on the reciever.The smartphone with the app creates a great recording unit (not tried camera links), used on a tripod or on the move.The reciever controls are easy to set up and use, a little bit of practice and watch the videos, it's well thought out and simple.Sound recording really slick, from the object point it picks the sounds with great clarity and suppresses excess background noises, making it great for outdoor recording, we tested on an outdoor flash mob dance and sing along, gave us great results, the principle voices were heard with a neat background sound as well.Now signal breakups as folks jigged about, when several heads got together the transmitter picked up exceptionally well.Lots of uses for this product in our dance world.It's exceptionally well produced, strong and durable, some may think expensive, but you are seriously getting a quality product.
