I hope this review helps and gives someone hope. This is my first review ever, but the results so far have made me write this. I have suffered from diarrhoea since my first son was born 11 years ago. And when I say diarrhoea I mean every single day! I am regular in the fact that I go every morning, but then will have to go a further 4-5 times within the next hour. It got to the point where I cannot book nights away, days out, it’s consumed my life because when I need to go, I urgently need to go. This could be late morning and afternoon and night time urgency to get to the toilet. I’ve been to the doctors, had the scans/tests, nothing came up and no solution. Generally no interest and cannot get an appointment to discuss everything. I listened to a podcast about what happens on the outside is something that is generally missing from the inside. I then found these on Amazon. I cannot take tablets so I emptied the contents into a yogurt and took it that way. I’ve taken it for 2 days, 1 tablet per day. Second day and wowzers. Yes I’ve still had the normal morning habits but much less, but I’ve had a spring in my step today, feel more alive and it’s like my stomach doesn’t exist. No movements, urgency, toilet trips from after the morning. This is only day 2 and I cannot wait to see what happens after a week of me taking it. If I can have today every day, then it’s life changing for me

My holy grail

16 years ago I fell off my bicycle and broke my stomach off my intestine and had surgery to repair. I’ve struggled with gut health since, especially when stressed. Last year I did the Zoe app thing and the stool sample results confirmed I had terrible gut health - despite a healthy diet. I was following all the food tips but still struggling (wind, soft stools, burping). I bought these symbiotic supplements 1.5 months ago and me and my partner have been taking them. I’ve noticed I’m not so windy now, I’m fuller for longer, my stools are healthier and then I noticed that my athletes foot had gone. I asked my partner how his athletes foot was and he said his has gone! This is something neither of us expected and we think our toenail fungus is improving too (needs more time to grow out). We’ve just started our second jar with no gap in-between and we take 2 a day each. Im looking forward to seeing what long term results we see.

Relieved 2.5 years of debilitating pain from histamine intolerance in a week. I can eat normal foods again and hopefully now I'm not dependant on anticholinergic antihistamines for the rest of my life just to get through the day. GP basically told me my pain wasn't worth a specialist's time, and I decided to try this to see if it might be linked to dysbiosis. 100% recommend trying if you're dealing with histamine intolerance and not being taken seriously!

Considering these are so strong (they do require to take 3 throughout the day to achieve the advertised dosage - so be aware of the strength claim) - I just don’t seem to have any effect from them. Which has made me sceptical of their quality. I have tried different brands and type of probiotics in the past, all of which had various noticeable effects as they bed in. Nothing at all from these. So I have given a very on the fence 3 stars. Either they are so well blended, the effects are not physically noticeable - or they simply have no effect at all (nearly finished the tub at the time of this review).

Reasonable price. Good value.

Back to back antibiotics, half way through ten day penicillin course and no sign of thrush 🫶 amazing.

Después de estar tomando ya cerca de un mes estos probióticos expongo mi caso personal, ya que creo que puede ser útil para otras personas compartir mi experiencia en relación con los problemas digestivos que he estado sufriendo durante bastante tiempo. Desde hace tiempo he tenido molestias intestinales bastante incómodas: gases, sensación de hinchazón, dolor abdominal leve pero constante y, en general, una sensación de incomodidad siempre en el estómago, principalmente al levantarme por las mañanas o con ciertas comidas. Como es lógico, he ido a médicos y especialistas digestivo que me realizaron una serie de pruebas para descartar cualquier patología seria: endoscopias, colonoscopias, análisis de heces, pruebas de aliento, entre otras. A pesar de todas estas pruebas, los resultados siempre fueron negativos, es decir, no se detectó ningún trastorno grave. Tras descartar todo (SIVO, colón irritable, etc), el último consejo que me dieron fue probar con probióticos. Los médicos me recomendaron usarlos durante un periodo mínimo de un mes para ver si esto mejoraba mis molestias intestinales. Sinceramente no creía que esto fuera a funcionar aunque acepté la recomendación y compré esta marca por las opiniones y por el tipo de cepa que tiene y la cantidad, algo que es importante. Además en la farmacia salían más caras y no tenían tantas cepas. Empecé a notar algunos cambios poco a poco. La sensación de hinchazón abdominal disminuyó, y las molestias de gases han ido disminuyendo poco a poco y de forma gradual. He seguido las indicaciones del prospecto de manera estricta: durante la primera semana tomé tres cápsulas al día, tal como indicaba el prospecto. Después, reduje la dosis a una cápsula diaria por la mañana, siempre con el estómago vacío antes de desayunar, tal como recomendaban las instrucciones. Sinceramente tengo dudas estos efectos se mantendrán una vez termine el tratamiento. No sé si cuando deje de tomarlo los síntomas regresarán o si el beneficio se mantendrá a largo plazo, pero por ahora puedo decir que me está funcionando. A continuación, enumero algunos aspectos que considero tanto positivos como negativos de este producto, basándome en mi experiencia personal: Aspectos positivos: • Relación calidad-precio: comparado con otros productos similares en las farmacias, este probiótico tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Viene con un buen número de cápsulas y a un precio razonable, lo cual es un aspecto importante, especialmente cuando se trata de algo que se debe tomar durante un tiempo prolongado. • Tipos y número de cepas: este probiótico incluye una cantidad significativa de cepas, lo cual no es muy común en todos los suplementos de este tipo que puedes comprar en las farmacias y que pregunté antes de comprar esta. • Resultados positivos en mi caso: aunque sé que no todos los tratamientos funcionan igual para todas las personas, en mi caso está funcionando. Aspectos negativos: • Falta de transparencia sobre el fabricante. Uno de los puntos que no me ha gustado es que, aunque el prospecto menciona el nombre de la empresa distribuidora, no se indica claramente cuál es el laboratorio que fabrica el probiótico. En la mayoría de suplementos de este tipo, es habitual que se mencione el laboratorio de fabricación. En este caso, lo único que se menciona es que se fabrica en la Unión Europea, pero esto no me termina de convencer por completo. Conclusión: Si te encuentras en una situación similar a la mía, donde has ido al médico, te han realizado pruebas y, sin embargo, sigues con problemas digestivos, creo que este probiótico no es una mala opción. Siempre es recomendable consultar a tu médico antes de iniciar cualquier tipo de tratamiento, incluso con productos naturales o suplementos, para asegurarte de que es apropiado para tu situación particular. En general, los probióticos no suelen causar efectos adversos graves, pero cada persona es diferente, por lo que nunca está de más tomar precauciones. En resumen, mi experiencia con este probiótico es buena, y aunque todavía tengo dudas sobre si los efectos perdurarán, terminaré el bote completamente. Si tienes problemas digestivos y nada parece funcionar, tal vez podrías considerar darle una oportunidad a los probióticos, siempre con la supervisión de tu médico. Je pense que ca aide vraiment a nourrir les bonnes bactéries et recontruire la flore intestinale.. comme on lit de plus en plus .. l'intestin c'est notre deuxième cerveau .. Les gélules ne sont pas top grosse .. Pas d'arrière goût A prendre idéalement le matin avant de manger .. ne pas prendre en meme temps que des médicaments .. A voir sur le plus lonc terme mais en temps sur moi et pour le temps d'utilisation j'ai senti des effets ..
