Q: Is the can or motor in-between the horns a air compressor ? How/ where do these mount , under hood ?

It comes with an L bracket that makes vertical or horizontal mounting possible. The main problem is finding room in todays vehicles. Worked great in my old Jeep.

Q: This can produce four times the DB of a horn with an air compressor and tank @ 140psi?

Bad product - do not buy. They belong on a bike.

Q: Is it really 600db loud??? customers claiming it's not true, and it's not even a loud horn at all... Is it as loud as train horn, or not?

No it is not. Not even close. The factory horn on my truck is much louder

Q: What size fuse might I need for this horn?

I believe it's been incorporated into the horn already. I just wired mine directly to my existing horn wires like the pictures indicate.
