Worked out perfectly for a gift I made for a buddy. Used them to hold up a replica 1861 Cav revolver. The screws it came with were are too small to support the weight of the revolver so I just used some wood screws I already had on hand. Easy installation. They look great too.

These are made really well, look great and are spring loadedto fit most hand guns. I've received a lot of complimentson them.

I bought them for my husband, to hang his coats on. He's a big 2nd amendment fan so they are perfect!

These will be perfect to display various knives, especially larger knives like Bowies. I will probably purchase more of these.
