The product i received was good, but it was a used one. Seller "best_buyaxz" send me a used item. I returned it and re-ordered it from Seller named "Add Ons". I'm using it for past 3 months, overall satisfied with the product. Good sound quality and bass. No noise cancellation so lt's affecting the quality of sound while traveling.

Replacement process is horrible
Product didn't charge from day 1. There is no refund. replacement process is a mess. After paying the full amount I am not sure when I will get a working product

My number one Go-To workout headset
I’ve only three of them. They have lasted me over three years each time. Battery life is great! Ability to run, jog or even do an intensive work out and not have them fall off. You can still hear surrounding noise which is great for safety. Downside: At times people have said that they can hear the background noise during a phone call.

Durable and long playtime
I have lost the same headset which I have bought from the store 2 years ago. Insisted to get the same model back because it was so durable, stable and awesome sound quality compared to the newer versions.I can have no other way than this, for my runs and exercise. Able to sustain sweat, water and minimal noise reduction for road awareness. LOVE IT, and I hope Plantronics will never phase this out.One thing though: when I ordered this from Amazon, they sent me a dead headset from Plantronics itself. And the charging cable was missing - clearly some customer stole it and sent the headset back, Also, this model is left with 2 in-stock so when I returned and re-ordered I was "lucky" to get the last set that worked perfectly OK, and yes, with the charging cable intact.

値段の割に使い心地良い！
汗が耳に流入してきます。仕方がないのかな。つけ心地がもう少し良ければ尚良。普段通勤中でも使用してます。普段使いも全然可能です。通信が途切れることもまずないです。
