Awesome Read - Will not regret
This book has a TON of amazing stuff. I came across the title in an Oxygen magazine before it came out. Was impressed with Adam himself and purchased the book the day it came out.The workout is killer!! I have never sweat so much in one workout. Absolutely LOVE that each one is about 25min max. I had not worked out in quite some time. The first 3 weeks I lost on average 1 1/2" in each measured area for a total of 8" lost. I had also lost about 8 lbs. you could completely tell a difference in the tone of my stomach. I felt stronger with each workout. I hit a bit of a snag about 4wks in & had to take a break. I am about to head all in again and know I will see even more results.

not bad for someone who HATES exercise
you can do anything for 30 seconds.I have been loving and hating these workouts for 3 months now. I can now do modified pushups and jumping jacks.little by little. i am getting stronger.not bad for someone who HATES exercise, but with these exercises it it just so FUN! thank you Adam, (((virtual hug)))

Tough, effective workouts
If you like high intensity interval training, or have heard about it but never tried it, get this book! It lays out very straightforward plans to do HIIT moves for strengthening and cardio. The instructor seems to have a fun, laid-back personality which comes through in his writing. He knows his stuff and wants to make working out both fun and uncomplicated. That being said, these workouts are tough. They will definitely challenge you.He also has a section on eating clean with a very useful recipe for building the perfect smoothie.If you enjoy Crossfit, HIIT, or just want to work hard in shorter, more intense workouts, this is the plan for you.

Adam's method helped me get into the best shape I've been in in the last 10 years
I've been taking Adam's classes for 2 years and was part of the test group behind this book. His method WORKS! Sure the workouts are tough, some of the toughest I've ever done. But they are designed to be short, incredibly effective, and completely accessible to all fitness levels.Adam's method helped me get into the best shape I've been in in the last 10 years.The before and after pics are FOR REAL (I personally know those people).
