Low-Sugar Cocktail and Drink Enhancer
This passion fruit puree has become a staple in my home for elevating so many beverages. Made from simply passion fruit juice and a touch of sugar, it's a much healthier option than syrups.I love using it in caipirinhas for a bright flavor pop. A splash transforms rum drinks and boba teas without all the excess calories. It's also perfect for fruit spritzers or flavoring seltzer.

Flavor great, low sugar; too (?) big
I will buy this again. Just wish it came in several small packs. Supposed to use it within a week or two after opening (as I recall), so I had to pour it into a muffin tin for tiny 1oz (volume) muffins and freeze it. I then set the muffin tin (for an instant) on a cookie sheet filled with water to loosen the "muffins" and drop them into a ziplock for freezing. This worked OK because cocktails with fruit juices often call for 1oz increments of juice, so I pull one of the little chunks out of the freezer for a drink.

Fantastic - just like fresh squeezed limes
This lime juice is fantastic! It is just like fresh-squeezed limes and is perfect for making cocktails, drinks, and smoothies. The juice is made from 100% real lime juice and contains no additives, preservatives, or sweeteners. One thing to keep in mind is that once you open it, you have to use it before it goes off. However, you can simply freeze the juice in small cubes and have ice-cold lime juice to pop in your drink whenever you need it. This way, you don’t waste the product before it spoils. Overall, I would give this product a 10/10 rating.

OK but I like "Real" brand better
I got both this and the "Real" brand lychee syrup and I'm torn. The "Real" seems sweeter and faker tasting, not fake in a gross shampoo-like way just one dimensional like lychee candy. This one is more multifaceted so at first I thought it was better but one of the facets is that slightly off, fermented taste you get when you eat lychees that didn't have the stems left on, so the germs got in the stem hole, know what I mean? Not exactly rotten but well, not exactly NOT rotten. I noticed that aspect of the flavor was more pronounced with fizz like when I added this to plain soda water, which is the main way I drink it. And as for the other ways I like fruit syrup, in iced jasmine or black tea or just with tap water and vodka, the simpler, sweeter taste of the Real stands up to the other flavors better than this does. I'd need to use twice as much of this than of the other to taste it over tea or vodka! Just in plain tap water this may have an edge due to tasting more realistic and interesting. Allegedly both are made with real fruit so I'm not sure why they taste so different. Maybe the Real is boiled down to make it more concentrated and that changes the flavors, or maybe both vary depending on the current crop. At any rate they are both nice enough. Good way to get my lychee fix the 50 weeks a year they're not in the store (I can't stand the canned ones, they taste like can- at least these syrups don't have any weird taste like that). But considering this is more costly, and it takes more of it to flavor a drink, and it's less tasty, I will be sticking with Real.

Gross peach purée
It’s like they took all the bruised parts or over ripe or about to get moldy part of the peaches… it tastes like the way peaches smell if you threw them in the trash and left it in the sun for a week. Slightly fruity with a strong hint of garbage. It’s the garbage after taste that really let’s you know it’s peaches… and not white peaches, distinct lack of white peach aroma or flavor. Like if you only fed your baby peach purée and there was no other option but to eat baby poop but you thought you could just add a dollop of peach purée to the poop to help enhance the peach flavor… but it does nothing and your drink is ruined.

Makes Amazing Sherbet
I make my own ice cream and sherbet, but don't enjoy dealing with fresh raspberries and blackberries. Making a puree at home and getting the seeds out is a pain. I tried dried raspberry powder, which works pretty poorly. I have made both raspberry and blackberry sherbet with the Funkin purees, and they make great sherbet. Here's my simple recipe in case you want to try it yourself (this is sized for my Cuisinart ICE-100):2/3 cup fruit puree2/3 cup heavy whipping cream1-1/3 cup whole milk1/2 cup sugarA small pinch of saltI mix these in a pot over low heat to make sure the sugar dissolves completely, but never let it get more than lukewarm. I like to let it sit in the fridge overnight before churning, but it isn't necessary if you're in a hurry. Then just churn it in your ice cream maker according to the directions for your machine. It takes about 25-35 minutes in my Cuisinart. Some people like to use only whole milk, or whole milk plus a little buttermilk in their sherbets. To me, not having some heavy cream makes it hard to serve, and the mouthfeel isn't as good. I think the Funkin purees would make a good sorbet also, which doesn't include any dairy at all.

The perfect Hawaiian Mai Tai ingredient
At my annual luau, we mix about 8 gallons of mai tais. This year I tried this product as my lilikoi syrup and was not disappointed. One pouch made a lot of drinks. It is smooth, tart, and just the right amount of sweetness.

The best ever tasting passion fruit purée!
Tastes amazing, makes the best drinks and looking forward to finding other recipes to add it too. Having tried so many other so called passion fruit mixers I’ve found the right one at last. Would recommend to all

Good flavor...not too sweet
This is a great produce with excellent flavor that is not fake or overly sweet. I used it in blended daiquiri style drinks and as a cake and cupcake filling. Product goes a long way.

High quality - excellent flavour
Made a cheesecake with this and it was was a hit. This puree provides a tart, clear burst of passion fruit flavour. The product is "as advertised" and I mean that as a compliment. Will buy again.
