Stale and jar not sealed
The polen is stale compared to other ones I had before from the same manufacturer. The jar was not sealed which makes me wonder about the true provenience of the product.

I tried another kind of bee pollen and it was mushy and pretty yucky tasting. This one is firm and delish. I put it in yogurt, eat it plain, and roll some brown butter ghee in it for a treat. Awesome! I was buying it from TJ.Maxx for a bit and just getting the small jars. It is hit or miss wether I find it there so it’s nice to find it here.
