This rub does give you the feeling that it heats up on your body and it does help soothe your muscles. I will be buying this product again.Please note that you need to rub this product on your leg, arm, etc. It is very smelly and its hard to get that smell out of your hands. I ended up using a rubber glove to apply the lotion and just store the rubber glove in a drawer until I need to use it again.

My husband gets back strain periodically and I suffer from neck pain. We use this before bedtime when we need it. Aside from the very pleasing scent, this stuff really gets down deep and makes a huge difference in pain reduction that is noticeable upon waking. It does generate heat but does not feel uncomfortable when my husband has to put a shirt over it. We initially found it a couple of years ago at a health food store and have kept it on hand ever since.

This Body Heat Vanilla rub works fantastic. And smells very good too! I bought some locally years ago and couldn't find it in stores recently, so was happy to find online when I wanted it again. I like this product because it contains arnica, which I swear is a miracle; and aloe which is also amazing for ailments.My husband was surprised how well it worked on his hockey sore muscles the other night. In fact he has talked about it several times since, lol. I think he was hesitant to believe how hyped I was about it. Maybe because it smelled good, not nasty like other creams he has used for soreness. Anyway, now he loves it too!

I really like this it really works and I love the smell

This is what I like to refer to as LIQUID GOLD. It is a walking heating pad and works like freaking magic on aches, pains, tension headaches, and menstrual cramps.I cannot write a review that reflects how much I love this product.

This stuff is the best I've ever found. It doesn't smell bad, I've been told it smells like rootbeer float. I rather like the smell. It really helps any sore muscles! I've used it for years. I also have sensitive skin no problem there either.

I rodered this for my foot, five months after tendon surgery. Feels cool to the touch, which is great for the swelling. Keeps my tendon relaxed. Note: strong menthol scent.

I don't know what changed about the product, but it was definitely different than previous bottles. This time it smelled different & irritated my husband's skin. :(
