Pewter Thor's Hammer with 2 Swarovski Crystals for Birthday on Leather Necklace

It was a great gift

Bought for my 8yo daughter. It is pretty, small, lightweight pewter cast. We have much more durable charms, but for an active young girl, this is perfect! I worry the small gems may come off, but didn't when flicked and picked. Didn't want to pry too hard. I am pleased with the quality for a small item such as this and it is as expected, or better. My husband was a big Thor fan, long before the motion pictures hit the market. He has a giant collection of comics and books dedicated to various superheros and other lore-types; Thor remaining his favorite of all. When we first began dating he gave me his "lucky" Thor's hammer necklace that we religiously wore, so for his birthday, I purchased this one for him as a replacement for him to wear. I did end up buying a rope chain for this (simply because that is more his style, and the one I picked up is very durable). The pendant itself is cool-detailed and Celtic looking raised patterns on the front, along with the small jewels inset at the upper and lower positions. He really likes this and wears it a lot. Very cool!

My daughter likes it! It is much smaller than I had anticipated and the metal feels almost like hard plastic. It is beautiful though and my daughter likes it so it accomplished my goal.

I've worn this pretty constantly since I got it. It's resisted any ickiness from sweat, which was one thing I was worried about. So far no signs of lead poisoning from the pewter, either.I would like it a lot better if the cord were about half-again as long, at least. I have yet to meet anyone of Norse descent with the slim neck this cord would require to be anything but a circa-1990s choker. Luckily, though, the pendant has a wide enough hole to slip easily off the pre-designated cord and onto any number of other choices.

not sure if it was sent to me to fix it or to wear it, just kidding. it did bend when i tried to crack open the hinge to lock it chain to chain but with abot 10 minutes of fiddling with it half asleep, it came back together. definitely worth the money

Very, very small but handmade - beautiful.

It's beautiful. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it works perfectly for me.The crystals are just a bit more purple than the pinkish violet color depicted but again, that is preferential to me.The cord has held up well this far and as I don't take it off to shower, that's impressive. The pendant itself also seems very sturdy, and the crystals are well anchored. I was worried that they might not hold but I've had no problems thus far.
