Packaging was good while the time of receiving feels fully covered and secured the inner product and gold has a good value for money, feels the gold bar is as per spec in terms of thickness quality and purity overall its a good product

I get checked some bar in metal check machine available at several showroom of jeweler and out of 5 bar 2 are of 23K , so not all bar are exactly of 999.9 standard. This is not acceptable from this reputed brand.The product is non-returnable so i have now bear this.

The product was nice you can buy it there is no weight tolerence in kundan but I prefere to the store and buy it

Good Delivery by Amazon. Third class product service by Kundan. In the picture it's clearly shown that the bars are misplaced, I don't even know that if they are intact. But they denied return stating that it's good. It's of no use as I bought it for gifting. Will never go with Kundan.
