From frozen yogurt to mushroom mush!
Let me tell you, this Hamilton Beach Food Processor is the Swiss Army knife of kitchen gadgets! I've had this bad boy for a while now, and it's become my go-to for everything from quick snacks to culinary experiments (some more successful than others). First off, the 10-cup capacity is perfect. It's large enough to handle big batches but can easily fit on top of the fridge. The stainless steel and black design looks sleek in my kitchen, too. But enough about looks - let's talk performance! This thing is a beast when it comes to versatility. Want some homemade frozen yogurt? Toss in some frozen fruit and yogurt, and boom! Instant treat. Craving hummus? It whips up a smooth, creamy dip in no time. And let's not forget the time it saved my behind when I needed pureed mushrooms (don't ask... I was in a pickle). It pulverized those fungi faster than you can say "umami." The slicing and shredding capabilities are top-notch. I've prepped veggies for salads and soups in record time. And can we talk about the easy-clean bowl scraper? Genius! No more stopping to scrape down the sides manually. Clean-up is a breeze, too. The parts are dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus in my book. Now, I'll admit, there was a bit of a learning curve with the different attachments and speeds. But once you get the hang of it, this processor becomes an extension of your culinary creativity. Whether you're a kitchen novice or a seasoned chef, this Hamilton Beach Food Processor is a game-changer. It's durable, versatile, and ready to tackle whatever wild recipe you throw at it. From frozen treats to mystery mushroom mush, this thing has seen it all and hasn't let me down yet. In short, if you want a reliable kitchen sidekick that can handle the basics and the bizarre with equal aplomb, look no further. This food processor is worth every penny!

Really good food processor
The size is huge speed. The chop is wonderful. The assembly is really easy and cleaning is really easy. I could see it being very adorable as well. I’ve only owned it for about a month used it a few times, but it works great. The only problem I have is even at a pulse. Some things don’t get chopped they get minced a little more than I would want could be me who’s not using it right but honestly, I just tap it and the food is minced uncertain things when I just want it chopped. I could see this lasting year so it’s great durability.

Budget friendly, larger bowl with scraper
It’s a nice option that I found on sale. The scraper attachment works, it’s sleek and a modern design.

Cuts Like a Dream
It’s fast, reliable, and handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. Honestly, it’s doing more processing than I am most days. The blades are impressively sharp and the size is perfect—big enough to get the job done, small enough to not feel like I’m operating heavy machinery. Highly recommend!

10 years going strong!!!
Purchased Feb 15 2015!!! It's August 2025 & still going strong! I got this originally to make homemade mayo back then (in attempts to avoid seed oil & HFCS) & still do this today!! This is the best processor for that process because the pusher piece has 2 tiny holes in it, so after you blend your eggs & vinegar (& spices) you leave it running & pour your measured oil in there & it slowly streams it in... ZERO messing up or getting the oil too fast like I've done with my blender or immersion blender. Hands down the best way to make mayo.... also the disc is incredible for grating cheese (because who wants wood pulp & antibiotics in their cheese) as well as veggies like carrots for slaw or baked goods & cucumbers for tzatziki sauce. Turn the disc to the other side to do slicing, I'll use this for cabbage for slaw. The little side sweeping turn thing is super useful so you never have to open to scrape the sides down while processing. Such a great processor!! I'm in shock mine still runs, but if it dies I will immediately buy the same one again. PS: Homemade mayo... recipe is 1:1:1.... 1 egg (yes, white & yolk both) to 1 tbsp white vinegar to 1 cup oil (I use extra light tasting olive oil or usually Avocado oil as I hate the store-bought avocado oil mayos, yuck, I love Helmans but can't with those ingredients) & add whatever seasonings, sometimes I add a tsp of yellow mustard, onion powder & use this as a base for everything; special sauce, yum-yum sauce, tarter sauce, chicken sauce, thousand island, ranch, veggie dips, as a base for parmesan crust on baked salmon... I literally make a batch of mayo every 8-10 days! (I do 2 or 3x recipe). Bottom Line: this processor is a MUST have if you cook from scratch a lot to have healthier ingredients AND like to save money by making things yourself.

Not terrible,but not the best
Serves it's purpose, barely. Please visit to chop vegetables shred cheese shred carrots. It does well with the vegetables. It makes bread crumbs easily. But I'm not impressed with the cheese shredder. There are less holes on the cheese shredder than on the Black & Decker food processor. The positive side of this is the shreds are longer which are nice for tacos and things. However, the machine has a rougher time shredding and more cheese gets balled up. It builds up so you have to periodically clear the lid. When it gets to the last bit the whole slice spins around the machine until it chops up but this last time it got stuck in the corner of the lid and bent the blade. Luckily I stopped at quick enough that didn't cause any visible damage, but I'm not sure this machine can handle shredding an entire block of cheese. My previous Black & Decker worked well it was just really loud. This machine is super loud as well even louder than the Black & Decker. I do like the side scraper option. It helps keep the build up on the sides down. But I'm not sure it's worth the noise and decrease quality of shredding. It's just as difficult to clean as the Black & Decker. Food gets stuck in the lid so it's best to clean it out right away with something Sharp and hot water. I also run bleach water through the blender every other use in case there are microscopic remnants of food.
