Yes they are and I’m completely satisfied with them…staples? Never heard of them by if they are priced at $10.30 for 100 folders you probably won’t get good ones but whatever floats your boat…

The width of the file folder is 11 and 5/8 inches. The height of the file folder is 8 and 1/8 inches (without the tab) The height of the file folder is 9 and 4/8 inches (including the tab) The bottom of the file folder has 3 creases to make the folder deeper
