would you recommend this product?

I absolutely recommend them! I have a tendency toward Apnea, and I have awakened gasping for breath. These nasal strips are great! I would also like to advise that using a moisturizer or cream to remove them is so much better than using water. Since I use a strip every night, I have to be very careful that my skin does not become irritated or tender.

compare with Breathe Right Advanced

I have tried the Advanced. While they may work just fine for some folks, they didn't seem to give me the 'open nasal' effect that Breathe Right Extra does. The Extra type are made with heavier material and they adhere very securely, keeping my nasal passages open all night. And, they remove easily, too.

Does this help with stuffed nose, like make it easier to breathe?

absolutely. I use them every night now. I have chronic sinus congestion and sleep much better at night now. Have been using them about 2 years. Also, tried generic drug store brands and none will stay on. Stick 9pun intended) to the original.

I have trouble breathing through my nose while playing sports. How do these hold up with large amounts of sweat?

I find that if you start with a very clean, dry nose, they hold up incredibly well. I have used them for hours while sweating with no issues. Do NOT get the clear kind, those do not stay on well at all.
