It's a good ready reckoner for common ailments. Most cures are available in a well kept Indian kitchen. Best part is that these remedies have no side effects.

Print is not so clear.

Regarding Saree not as expected colour shown in picture & actual differs.Further it is not silk as mentioned.

Vitamins that heal is excellent guide to vitamuns. Followed by home remedies and his other books. I am nutritionist who follows nutritional charts based on nature and prefer less supplements. This book is quit handy
