I had suffered from lactose intolerance for four years before discovering this product, with a diet free from all milk, cheese, cream, youghurt, chocolate, etc.These capsules have dramatically increased my quality of life, as I can now eat normally again, with a balanced diet including foods I enjoy.I use these with all meals, drinks and snacks that contain dairy products, and they completely remove all the symptoms of my lactose intolerance. For particularly cheesy foods, like pizza, I take one at the start of the meal and one half-way through. If I forget to take one when eating dairy produce, the symptoms return - it's a not a cure, but it makes such a difference to my daily life.I have used these daily for over five years now, with no side-effects and no drop-off in effectiveness over time.I have recommended this product to everyone I meet who suffers from lactose intolerance, and I highly reccomend it to anyone reading this review.

Excellent product for lactose intolerance and was delivered promptly. I recently used them whilst on holiday in Italy and was able to enjoy pizza, pasta, ice cream without suffering from any of the usual lactose intolerance side effects. I wouldn't use them everyday but it is great peace of mind to know they are available when eating out at wedding's, parties etc. They are also reasonably priced.
