Good quality pan. Wish it is bigger
I am looking for a pan to replace my wok and this one was recommended by the sale person in costco. The nonstick quality is very good. The coat feel like ceramic and very smooth. The smoothness makes it a bit harder when cooking as food end up slip outside the pan. You need 2 spatula to stir fry so the veggie won't slip out of the pan. I used soy sauce when cooking. So far after couple uses, it is not stain the white coat yet. I wish the size is bigger though. It heats fast and evenly. I used it on the gas stove and they are fine.

Stick, not non stick
Ballard i is a good brand - I have at least bough 4+ from this brand. I am trying this prettier look all white ceremic coating one instead of the gray color series, however, food does stick on it after shortly several use, less in one month...

scratches and chipped all over...
I purchased the BALLARINI Tropea Veggie Ceramic Stir Skillet Fry Pan, 11" and the pan came without any padding or protection in the box... the pan itself is scratched all over, and the rim of the pan have multiple sharp chips... it is also VERY dusty.
