I bought the 1st one. It stopped working in 6 wks. I got a replacement and it never worked. Do not buy this.

This one packages as should be. The last one I bought appeared used and semi repackaged.At this point both work fine. Update. Both light pads are very difficult to turn off. Temperamental and do t want to easily change brightness. Worked great for an hour or so and then both started giving me issues.

Let me start that u hate with passion ups, those ppl don't read the instructions I left in amazon or on my door, and always take the packages with them , Making my life complicated.It Would be a great item if it only worked. Mine came defective, the on /off button doesn't work and the dimmer. So I have to plug and unplug to turn on or off. It's a headache. But.... It's well built. Costumer service was very helpful, they are great. Oh And I wanted the One with the round plug and metal, but they were out. I'm happy with customer service but not happy with the product. Being disable, I need my packages In 2 days, and in working order!

Got it in May and today it will not work, should have lasted longer than I 3 1/2 months

I have bought 2 and both have defective plugs.

The port comes out and won't allow it to be turned on. Does me no good. An expensive paper weight.
