I am using this product since 6 months. It is what I was looking for. It's very easy to install and light weight. The water flow is like rainfall and looks like rain pours. The color is very suitable for my bathroom. Super good quality.

I purchased this product in July 2025 for a (DIY) shower remodel and completed the top out in October. Prior to my purchase, I reviewed the product’s features and benefits, such as the easy clean head nozzles, which is a huge benefit in my hard water environment, as well as the product’s looks and shower head size options. And with respect to the shower head, the standard 16” arm over that of a 12” arm was a non-negotiable feature for me. There were many competitors with a similar product but at several different price-points. Higher priced products did not appear to correlate to being of higher quality, at least on paper. And in spite of the caution on Amazon’s product page that this was a “frequently returned item,” I made the purchase because the product was listed as meeting ASME standards and national building codes. I completed the rough-in with PEX B, which was fairly straight forward. The tile depth gauge on the valve body and easy-to-follow instructions made this step straight forward as well. Upon completion I turned the bathroom over to my son, which is in his residence. He loves his new shower and raves about its performance and great looks. With that, I am very pleased with my purchase decision.

I also appreciate the handheld attachment—great for rinsing hard-to-reach spots. The matte black finish adds a modern, high-end look to the bathroom. It resists fingerprints and water spots, which is a big plus for maintaining that clean aesthetic. The thermostatic valve works like a charm. It keeps water at a steady temperature. For this high quality and great product it is 100% worth the price and it works like a charm! The setup was surprisingly straightforward for a full shower system. All necessary hardware was included, and the instructions were clear. I did have a plumber assist with installation due to some older plumbing in my bathroom, but DIYers with some experience could handle it. The noise level is quite relaxing. It is also a durable shower head that will last you years!

The images for this product are not the actual product. It was very important to me that since I was not purchasing name brand, the product would not have large logos on it, and in EVERY picture in the listing the handles are clear of branding. The contractors installed the shower while I was away--but I had no reason to suspect there would be an issue. They had some trouble installing it, resulting in panel being slightly not straight once the front panel screwed into the back panel. However what bothers me the most are the logos. It looks incredibly cheap--the logo is huge and on both the temperature panel and the handheld device. it just screams KOJOX and then once you notice the panel is crooked it screams it's cheap. I also learned that to replace the fixture in our case, I would need to retile, which literally just cost us thousands. Since the issues are mainly superficial (crooked and ugly screaming logos) we will live with it for now. The shower head and the handheld both work ok/as expected...but it's hard to stomach that this cheap fixture undid so much of our good remodeling work. I'm sad to have to live with it for the next few years. Next time (if there is one) I'll just fork over the extra few hundred dollars to go w a proper brand that uses real product photos. A huge mistake.

Bought this shower system for my outdoor shower. It’s awesome. It was easy to install, good value for the money, works great, and looks really clean. It’s held up well so far with daily use. Would buy again.

La calidad es buena aun no la instalo pero la probé con la precion de mi llave y anda bien.
