This cartridge worked great with my HP 8710! when I replaced with this new cartridges for the first time, somehow Magenta color wasn’t working. but the customer service solved the issue right away with sending me a new replacement and it’s working great!!! They are very trustworthy company that I can recommended to anyone who has same model as mine. I’m so glad not to spend more money to buy the expensive HP cartridge!! Such a great money saver!

My printer would not work with this ink. As the card in the box said, I contacted them and received a very quick response through chat.Alex ask for my brand and model number and within a minute provided a link with clear instructions on how to do a walk around. Now it works like name brand ink. Easy fix, less than 10 minutes.

Ultimately, the inks worked great! I had a problem with getting the ink cartridges to work with my printer. My contact was Ory in customer service, and WOW, was I impressed. Ory walked walked me through every step of the process to to get the inks to work with my printer. Impecable instruction and stayed with me until the process was complete, and I'm not talking just a couple of minutes. Ory waited with me until downloads were complete for my printer, etc. Smart Inks is my new ink company/supplier from here on out. Ory definitely went the extra mile with patience, tolerance, and knowledge. I love the quality of the ink cartridges and the final printed products. Thank you so much!!! You guys are the best!!!

I ordered this set of 952XL cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. The first set of cartridges generated the "NON-HP Chip Detected" Message and would not work. I contacted customer service ( answered right away) and they sent me an email with a file and a series of steps to follow to see if we could get them to work, which unfortunately did not work for me so i had to call customer service again ( again answered right away). This time they sent me replacement cartridges, arrived the next day, and they worked just fine. I have only been using them minimally so far but without issues and quality is good. Conclusion is that i will be ordering these again once i identify how to ensure that i get the same set of cartridges i received as my replacements. Very Satisfied with Customer Service as well!!!!

So far, it hasn't worked in my printer, but when I called Customer Service, Ben was very helpful and is sending a replacement. The 4 cartridge set included clear troubleshooting instructions which I appreciated. I am in hopes that the replacement will work.

I had some issues with the cartridges not printing properly. Contacted the company and they immediately sent me new cartridges. Great service and response!

Product is well put together, looks great/cohesive, and overall everything is very well done (I notice things like the "look" of products and the care/details put into them). Follow the step-by-step instructions they bothered to include for us in the box and you won't get any error message about incompatible ink! Nice and affordable; my printer is finally printing again.
