The quality of the mug is pretty good, as it appears to be sturdy and the letters well placed. It doesn’t look cheep, so I’m pretty sure this would make a good impression to whoever is gifted.

Exactly as expected. My child's teacher absolutely loved it. The only thing I would change is the packaging, which isn't a deal breaker. It came in a plain brown box that just wasn't suitable for a gift. Overall would definitely recommend.
