These extension cables come in handy when you need to extend the reach of your Wyze camera. I was pleased to see that the cable is flat for easy installation along walls and baseboards and the added bonus nail grips make for an easy and clean installation. The length of 30ft was about 5ft too long, but I'd rather have more than less. The cable connected easily to the camera and powers the unit very well. I think these cables are only for power and do not transmit video or data information to my knowledge. The two-pack was welcome since I had two camera to install. The price was fair for this much needed add on. These are just as good as the quality of cable that comes in the Wyze Camera box - those are a bit shorter at about 6ft.

So much better than the supposedly compatible solar panel! This cord lays flush into the camera so that you can use the camera mount to mount it. I currently have it on a tripod so that I can move it around easily till I find the perfect spot that I want to permanently mount the unit. The length is exactly what I needed, but company also makes longer and shorter ones to fit everyone’s personal needs. A nice surprise was, I did not realize it came with mounting clips. Personally, I won’t use too many of them as I am using these for outdoor cameras, but is definitely nice for where you are coming into the house and was a nice surprise as I didn’t realize it came with them. I was just focused on the cord.

Having some wifi interruptions on newly installed Wyze security camera. Not sure if it,s the wifi strength signal, 2 bars, or with the cord connection. The Wyze camera shorter cord that came with unit appeared a little thicker than the 30 ft that I ordered. New to this, so cannot give a true survey response. Update: Camera working correctly after small setup adjustments. No issues with cord or connections. Long was a plus.
