I debated whether or not to open it up from the box because the box looked so good. It looked good enough to leave it sealed; however, if i left it sealed then it would be too tight for a controller to fit through. Defeating the purpose of this product entirely. I ended up opening it up and actually use it to hold my 8BitDo M30 (sega saturn style) controller which looked so good on my desk next to my desktop PC. I love sonic so this product was on my wishlist for a long time until now. Also, chubby 90s sonic is the best...

Holds just about anything! I personally use it to hold my PSP, but it’s able to hold my phone, Xbox controller, water bottle, and other little items. No scuffs or markings on it, and the colors are bright and vibrant. It’s sturdy, and works just as intended!

Adorable controller stand! I got this for my bf as a christmas present and he loved it. It’s a very cute piece in general so it can be a nic-nac. The paint is good quality and doesn’t look funky in the face or eyes so that’s a plus lol

The packaging was way better than I expected and the quality of the build is amazing! It can hold just about anything I want it to! Nothing falls out of his hands when I did a table shake test. It'd literally take a table, or desk, flip to pry out anything from Sonics hands... or maybe Dr. Eggman himself... LOVE THIS! This is a must have for all sonic fans! The paint used was perfect and it doesn't smell.

Sonic is a great compliment for an old defunct Sega controller I had lying about. I cut the wire to the controller, polished the controller to hide the years of use and abuse, and then used superglue to attach the controller firmly onto Sonic's fingers in the exact position I wanted. Sonic (in my use case) is more of an art piece than what his actual intended purpose for most people will be (which is to hold newer controllers). You can easily use him for cell phones as well, in which case you obviously won't need the superglue.. lol. He can hold phones just fine in both horizontal and vertical positions, but horizontal would probably be preferred. He comes with a micro usb cable (which can be stored in the base of the figurine). Please note that my base was a gold color., rather than the one in the pictures provided by Amazon.

I got this for my 7 year old brother for Christmas. Fits his ps5 controller perfectly and looks so cool with his setup! He loves it!
