Highly recommend this product, bought it when my skin was breaking out and it worked so well to cleanse my skin and make it 10 times brighter. Would definitely buy this product again

I have oily-combination skin and the ingredients in this cleanser looked perfect for me. I've used a few products from this brand and really like them, and so far the tightening effect of this cleanser is impressive.Pros:- Seems to make skin feel a lot tighter even after one use (primarily in the cheeks), but still soft as a texture- A little goes a long way; it's a fairly "slimey" gel so spreads easily over the face- Does seem to help with oil and reducing the size of pores on my nose, an issue I suffer with badly- Contains good ingredients - especially happy it contains witch hazel to treat and prevent spots, and other complimenting ingredients for sebum control, moisture and energising- I already double cleanse with a different type of cleanser as the first step (cream or oil for makeup removal), and this is the second step, but it has straightforward instructions on the product and the listing and explains to not get this on your delicate eye areaCons:- Very potent smell - it contains fragrance which I don't think is necessary. I can't put my finger on what it smells like, it's sort of medically mixed with flowers- Quite drying, my nostrils are fairly dry since starting use so need to up my moisturising in response to a using astringent ingredientsI'm going to use this cleanser as part of my nightly routine as it is doing a good job with my skin type, but it is fairly drying so I will either alternate days or use better moisturiser. I think the brand know what they're doing and it seems to do what it promises - so, for people with oily, large-pored and tired skin, this is a really worthwhile cleanser that will last.

I was excited to try this as I read that it has natural ingredients like grape seed oil, witch hazel and green tea.I have a combi-type of skin. I get occasional spots, especially when it's the time of my period. I admit I failed to read the whole list of ingredients before I ordered it. So when I got it in the mail, I was so excited to try it on.First pump, I noticed its strong scent. Then okay, I have a strong feeling that it has perfume. I tried to read the ingredients on the bottle, it was not there. Tried it anyway. It feels good on the skin. No irritation, no sting. Feels good after wash.After doing my usual skincare routine, I read the ingredients, Alas, it has perfume. Disappointing as perfume shouldn't be in skincare products. It's an irritant and can trigger allergy. Disappointing as it claims to be formulated by 'experts'. Ingredients don't lie.

A really nice face wash that is refreshing without leaving my combination skin tight - perfect for morning or as a second cleanse at night after removing make-up. The gel doesn't lather too much but leaves skin clean and washes away without residue. A bit pricy but you only need a small amount. Cool and clean packaging too.

Pros:* Removes makeup and impurities very well, even my mascara (even though there is on the bottle "avoid the delicate eye area") but it never irritated my eyes or the skin around.* It promotes sebum control, deeply cleanses the skin and helps to refine the pores (perhaps that's why no to use on the eye area because we mighty not need exactly this pore refining function around the eyes, but nevertheless the product works fab for my whole face).* It doesn't dry out the skin as cleansing gels usually do.* The clear gel lathers but only very mildly so you are not suffocating through the excessive bubbles.* Bottle is reasonable size - 200ml with a convenient pump dispenser. 1 pump is enough for my face.I use this in the shower, I splash my face with warm water and then work the product/lather it on my face and neck. It takes minimal time to totally cleanse my skin of makeup. I wash my face off and never forget to moisturise after. Face feels really completely clean and doesn't get as oily..Cons:* I am not very keen on the scent, it smells a little bit chemical to me with just an undertone of some nice fresh smell to it.But overall very happy with the product!

This Skinician Cleansing gel has a lot going for it-it is full of goodies including witch hazel, green tea and chamomile, it is vegan friendly and cruelty free tested. It also comes in a 200ml size which is generous compared to many brands, plus the mess free pump action dispenser ensures that you can control the amount used. The texture of the product is a rich gel, but this does not produce a huge amount of lather when you apply it. Despite this, it covers the face effectively and after you wash it off with warm water the effect is immediate-real smoothness and a refreshed feeling that gives you a lift at the beginning or end of a hard day. The fragrance such as it is reminds one of a skincare clinic rather than any flowery scent. This formula is especially recommended for oily/combination skin and one can see why-the depth of the cleaning is really impressive especially if you use it in conjunction with a good sonic cleansing device. My skin is quite sensitive so it is pleasing to report I experienced no negative reaction to the cleanser and it is reassuring to note that it has been fully dermatologically tested. All in all, a very effective cleanser that is very nice to use-it even comes in its own box and would make a good present for someone who loves quality skincare products
