Natural Deodorant | Aluminum Free (Lavender) (3.7 oz)

I have Hidradenitis suppurativa. For those who don't know, it is a debilitating, embarrassing, painful, life threatening illness. There is no cure. Basically, I don't sweat properly, my sweat glands get plugged and form large boils that can turn into abscesses. Those abscesses can cause me to go septic and put me in ICU. Once you've gotten a boil, they can form tracts under the skin, where you'll keep getting re-appearing ones in that same spot. I have one under my left underarm. It's painful, I couldn't shave, wear a bra, anything. It just kept coming back.I was told to try a natural deodorant but frankly, without being able to shave often, most just aren't strong enough. I got a sample of this in one of my beauty subscription boxes and figured I'd try it. It couldn't hurt, at the very least. Guys. In 3-4 weeks, the boil that had plagued me for over a year had disappeared. It drained, dissolved, whatever, and was gone. That was two years ago.If I stop using this, within a few months, it returns. So clearly, something in this is counteracting whatever process is causing that particular tract to get inflamed and plugged. I was so excited to see it on Amazon, because now I don't have to order from Canada. This stuff has literally saved my life, and I won't be without it again.

3.5 stars. I love the dryness of this deodorant but I still don't smell fresh in the morning. Sometime I think my daughters arm and hammer leaves me smelling better (just don't like the gel feel). The scent needs work. It smells soooo much better than the horrid cedar version that I bought 2 years ago, but still smells medicinal when compared to arm and hammer scents.I am still forever searching for the "best" natural brand

LOVEFRESH lavender and tea tree oil deodorant is by far the best natural deodorant that I have tried. I believe both lavender and tea tree oil have antiseptic properties and tea tree oil is a widely used antifungal (reference essentialoilhaven.com). Some of the other natural deodorants that I tried were a softer consistency and didn’t seem to last long. Whereas LOVEFRESH has A firmer consistency and therefore should last longer. Regarding the price at least two of the other natural deodorants sell for about $16 for only about 2.63 ounces. LOVEFRESH is 3.6 ounces. Therefore the price per ounce is very similar to at least two of the other natural deodorants. Finally, it does have a very pleasant smell and yes I highly recommend it.

This deodorant not only does the job, but also smells amazing! Since I started using it everyone keeps asking why I smell so good. Totally recommend!

Leaves stains on clothes and doesn’t work any better than any others … especially for the price.

Despite ordering the lavender/tea tree scent, I received lavender only. Disappointing. I don’t feel like it works as well.
