Can this pump pressurize (on demand) water from a water tote for a small cabin (sink & shower)?

Yes, that is what we use our pump for.

My pump says 12 volt dc so i hooked to 12 volt, it surges and very little water is pumped, this is for sink only, where is my problem???

Make sure your hose is non-collapsible, especially on the intake. Mine did that because the cheap hose would kink and suck closed.

Installed an ro setup plumbed to 1/2” pex for delivery to multiple faucets and fridges in the house. is this too much power for an ro demand pump?

I would assume, if the RO systems psi is rated higher than the output of this pump, you are safe. Also I believe this pump has a psi adjustment.

Can someone please explain how this would connect to your washing machine? i cant figure out the missing links between water tank, pump, and washer.

We have a pipe running from the water tank, to the pump, then to the washer. When the washer needs water, it opens a valve and that triggers the pump to turn on and pressurise the system.
