Nice and stylist

first off, i am extremely pleased with how the decanter looks and feels, the decanter and the topper are both heavy and feel well made, the decanter has a small line or 2 from where the glass was formed but by no means am i marking it down for this, at $25 it is well worth the price to me, looks and feels like twice the cost at least. the box that all 3 of my decanters came in (yes i bought 3 different ones) was pretty banged up, but the decanters themselves were well preserved in their own individual boxes which i was happy to see. in the end, this decanter is an excellent way to classy up your alcoholism for not alot of cost! enjoy!

The price of this decanter is so low, I thought it would be cheap looking. But no. It looks expensive and is a good weight. I also forgot that I have several styles of glasses in this same pattern.

This lead crystal decanter is pretty as well as useful. I bought one to use for serving liquor when I have guests for dinner or drinks. (Although I buy decent quality liquor, the original bottles are not always attractive and are sometimes large and awkward for serving.) This decanter is much more manageable way to serve liquor and looks nice as well. As to be expected from its low price, this decanter is not top quality crystal. Mine has a few tiny bubbles, and it appears to be molded, not cut. Still, it's sparkly, has a nice heft to it, and feels comfortable in the hand. Unless you put it next to your Baccarat, your guests are not likely to remark on the difference.Since it's made of lead crystal, I don't recommend using it to store liquor for long periods of time. As with all lead crystal, the danger is greatest when the crystal is new. Since the amount of lead that leaches out from the crystal is greatest when it is first used, I recommend filling it with a mixture of water and standard (5% acidity) white vinegar and letting it sit for 24 hours before using for the first time. Then rinse and dry before filling with the liquor of your choice.Also, I recommend washing this by hand, not in a dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is very harsh and dishwasher temperatures can be very high. No sense in taking changes. However, do wash with a mild dishwashing detergent and use warm water (not dishwasher hot, but hot enough to require gloves) for best results.

We got gifted some whiskey glasses for Christmas and needed a decantar to go with. Recently bought this one and it’s sturdy, thick glass decantar that holds a standard 750ml size whiskey bottle. Matches great with our glasses!
