Good product
Fan is broken on arrival and I noticed the bracket inside the fan has come off the bolt standoffs, preventing the fan from spinning. Motor will overheat if left on too long wondering what’s going on and why it’s not spinning.Update- they got back to me the next day via email and were very helpful. They are sending a replacement. Adjusting my rating.Would buy from them again.

waste of money
finally went to use this for the first time for the holiday. the blower only made the dancer go half way. not enough power to go all the way up. very disappointed and a total waste of money for the blower and the dancer. $250 for the blower and $90 for the dancer. total waste of money

Ordered 2 new, Received 1 broken
Ordered 2 new to use for a bride and groom wacky inflatables and unfortunately one blower arrived completely broken. Order at your own risk - something is up with their quality control process because this isn’t the first “arrived broken” review. One that does work works well but is significantly loud.
