These vitamins are amazing if you've had bariatric surgery, just, I prefer the woman's fusion, but this one is great for male or female.

Easy to swallow
I HATE SWALLOWING PILLS, but these have been the easiest multi-vitamin to swallow over the last few years. They don’t get stuck and I don’t dread taking them.

Only leaving 4 stars for the strong smell.Works well. I feel much better, I went sometime without anything.Pro tips- don't take with or shortly after drinking coffee/caffeine- don't take on an empty stomach or else the nausea will be horrible
