although i have not used the knives yet, they were a bit larger than the 7.5 inches as listed. Also, the packaging was less that to be desired and there was hair on one of the blades (almost like they tested the sharpness on their arm.) I will clean them well and use them soon. Hope they are what I had hoped they would be.

LOW QUALITY
Terrible Quality. Showed up with the wrapping coming off. the knives were glued into the handles. These are low quality. I have bought same kind from different seller for less. Had to wait forever for them but they were worth it. These are like a joke.
